Our client is a Global Publishing organisation who are looking for a dynamic Event Administrator to support them on the lead-up to one of their biggest events to date!
This position is for 6-8 weeks, and will give you full exposure to the 3-day event, which will include over 140 speakers and over 100 exhibitors. If you are looking for an exciting and fast-paced role and you have some exposure to the events industry, then this is the role for you!
This position is as much varied as it is challenging, so will include tasks such as lead generation, researching clients, processing contracts, and a number of other duties. Excellent knowledge of social media is preferred and strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. You will be communicating with stakeholders of global organisations, so being able to liaise at any level is key!
Duties will include:
- Administrative support of all event collateral.
- Updating, managing, and reporting on the event PR.
- Managing the deliverables with key partners.
- Updating the website in a timely and accurate manner.
