Are you looking for a new opportunity working within the event industry? Are you looking to utilise your existing customer service skills in a new and exciting industry? This role could be the position for you!

Our client, a large global ticket marketplace, is looking for someone to join their Operations Team in Central London.

Working on a 40-hour rota (7-days rotation) with 8 hours shifts starting between 8am - 11am and finishing between 4 - 8pm,  you will be mainly responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of the ticketing process. This will involve processing and managing ticket sales, assisting with the delivery and collection of tickets and providing general support to customers.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, bundles of energy, and a love for the Industry! You must be a good team player and able to deal with difficult scenarios.
