Our client, a large global ticket marketplace is looking for someone to join their Operations Team in Central London.
Working on a 40-hour rota (7 days rotation) with 8-hour shifts starting between 8am - 11am and finishing between 4 - 8pm, you will mainly be responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of the ticketing process. This will involve processing and managing ticket sales, assisting with the delivery and collection of tickets, and providing general support to customers.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, bundles of energy, and a love of the Industry! You must be a good team player and able to deal with difficult scenarios.
