We are currently recruiting for an Evening Contact Centre Team leader to supervise 8 members of staff for a Canary Wharf based client. In addition to supervising 8 members of staff, you will support your Team by answering calls if required to keep answer times within KPIs.
You will be hands-on, operationally-focused, and have the capability of managing multiple personalities and maintaining energy levels. You MUST have had previous contact/call centre experience within a supervisory capacity.
The role is paying £18.00 - £20.00 per hour and requires someone immediately available for an interim project. In return, you will have the opportunity to work for an organisation that are leaders in their field and be part of an absolutely fantastic team.
