Our client, a leading global management consultancy, is seeking a dynamic, professional, and credible manager to join the team, which take operational responsibility for the provision of secretarial services across London. The role demands a customer-focused business leader who has previous man management experience to manage up to 25 direct reports. The successful candidate will be diplomatic in nature and possess a high level of commercial acumen as you will be engaging with senior stakeholders across the business to help deliver this service.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact and issue resolution for Managing Directors' customers on all matters related to the Executive Assistant role. In this role, you will demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, bring out the best in your team, and demonstrate resourcefulness to deliver the highest quality and most relevant services where possible.
Candidates must have extensive management experience and be comfortable dealing with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of seniority. This role will suit someone who places a strong emphasis on customer service and has operations or area management experience, ideally within a strong client-facing industry such as retail or travel.
