A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a UK established engineering firm for a part-time (1pm - 5pm) Temporary Receptionist based in their Wakefield office. This part-time Temporary Receptionist Role requires the successful candidate to be highly motivated and have experience working within a busy office environment.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling calls professionally, relaying messages, screening and directing calls accordingly, and greeting guests.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Sorting mail and deliveries including distribution to recipients.
- Ensuring a tidy reception area at all times.
The successful candidate must have prior reception experience and be able to commit to for 3 months on a part-time basis.
