Customer service / Fundraising support
Our client is a well established charity working in the military sector. They require an experienced customer support individual (ideally with some charity experience) to liaise with their supporters in both phone and written communication.
You will liaise with donors on a daily basis, update their donation information, monitor the supporter inbox and ensure that all communication is of the highest level.
The ideal candidate will have previous fundraising or supporter customer service experience or will be keen to transfer existing customer service skills to the non-profit sector.
