Our client is a well respected charity in the military sector. They require an experience customer services or grants assist to join a busy team. Your role will be to help members of the public in getting assistance with a variety of problems such as benefits, housing, and medical and point them to the relevant internal stakeholder. This is a role that does involve data entry and high levels of communication, therefore you should have excellent attention to detail and must be confident liaising at senior level.
Patience and troubleshooting are integral to this role, therefore you must be able to demonstrate examples of using this in a former employment.
You must be keen to work in the charity sector and have an empathy for customers that is genuine.
