Job Description

Outstanding Customer Service Manager position for a professional, vibrant, and friendly company based in Old Street.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum

Hours: 09:00am - 05:30pm

Job Description:

  • Work closely with the Account Manager on ensuring their high net worth accounts are continually happy with the service being provided.
  • Ensure SLAs agreements are being met.
  • Run reports and analyse the data.
  • Quarterly service reviews and regular contact with the accounts.
  • Manage a team of two and make sure they are happy and hitting their targets.

Skills and personal attributes:

  • Proven customer service experience.
  • Experience with SLAs and CRM systems is ideal.
  • Able to provide EXCELLENT customer service at all times.
  • Work to tight deadlines and in a busy, sociable, and vibrant environment.
