Outstanding Customer Service Manager position for a professional, vibrant, and friendly company based in Old Street.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum
Hours: 09:00am - 05:30pm
- Work closely with the Account Manager on ensuring their high net worth accounts are continually happy with the service being provided.
- Ensure SLAs agreements are being met.
- Run reports and analyse the data.
- Quarterly service reviews and regular contact with the accounts.
- Manage a team of two and make sure they are happy and hitting their targets.
Skills and personal attributes:
- Proven customer service experience.
- Experience with SLAs and CRM systems is ideal.
- Able to provide EXCELLENT customer service at all times.
- Work to tight deadlines and in a busy, sociable, and vibrant environment.
