Our client, a huge Digital Media organisation, are seeking people to join the Customer Service Team who have experience in a similar role and who want to progress within the industry.
As a Customer Service Assistant, your main responsibilities will be speaking with customers and dealing with a large volume of queries, including technical issues, complaints, suggestions, and praise. You'll also be actioning customer refunds and gestures of good will in line with agreed guidelines. You will be required to administer invoice and voucher payment processes whilst optimising customer satisfaction and meeting defined quality standards.
You will be required to work 5 days a week over a 7-day rota, which means that you must be willing to work 2 weekend shifts a month.
