Job Description

Location: Office based in South East London / initially working from home / remotely

Hours: Various shifts Monday - Friday with the occasional Saturday (40 hours a week)

Salary: £22,000 per annum with a review after 6 months

Job Description:

  • Answering a busy phone line, providing 5* customer service
  • Upselling to customers where possible
  • Assisting customers will any queries and resolving to the best of your ability
  • Providing admin support and ensuring data is uploaded onto the system
  • Hitting monthly targets
  • Being familiar with the latest products and promotions

Personal Skills and Attributes:

  • Customer service background (retail or office based)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confident, resilient and hard=working
  • Able to stay calm under pressure
  • Target driven
