Job Description

Customer Service Agents required immediately for ongoing work
£10.50 per hour + holiday pay
Working from home | Must have your own laptop
9am – 5pm | 8am – 4pm shift work (rota) 


Our Client is a global top 10 award-winning B2B marketing agency that specialises in growing technology brands.  

We're looking for multilingual Customer Service Agents, particularly Finnish and Czech speaking Customer Service Agents with some experience working in customer service and/or call centres.

You must be confident when dealing with customers and ideally have a customer service or call centre background. You must be fluent in one of the languages mentioned above and have excellent verbal and written English skills. This is essential.


 Your Duties

  • Inbound/Outbound calls from customers dealing with all enquires and questions and advising accordingly 
  • Working from home
  • Flexible working in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude and provide an outstanding level of customer service.


 The right candidate for the job

  • Experience in B2B customers services or Global Market Research preferred not essential
  • You must have excellent communication skills and be happy to work to targets.
