12.30pm - 8.30pm and 8.30pm - 4.30am
£10.99 - £16.48 per hour (shift dependent)

We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors/Call Handlers for a Canary Wharf based client. You will take responsibility of answering inbound calls and keeping answer times within KPIs. You will receive full training and be able to apply this immediately to the calls you are receiving both in a reactive and proactive manner; always having the caller at the forefront.
You will be hands-on, customer-focused, and have the capability of responding effectively and positively. Experience within a similar customer service telephone based role is preferable; however, the key is your handling of customers in a professional manner, so we would be delighted to hear from you if you have any service-related experience.
