Job Description

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing customers with 5* customer service and a strong administrator. This role works closely with the marketing team and social media team and is responsible for dealing with all customer queries, both over the phone and email.

Location: South London

Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent role

Job Description:

  • Dealing with customer queries over the telephone, social media, and email
  • Using the correct tone of voice when responding to queries
  • Working to deadlines and responding to queries in good time
  • Producing monthly report
  • Be the face of the business and first point of contact
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing team
