Location: London Bridge, City of London
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent role
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing customers with 5* customer service and is a strong administrator. This role works closely with the marketing team and social media team and is responsible for dealing with all customer queries, both over the phone and email.
- Dealing with customer queries over the telephone, social media and via email
- Using the correct tone of voice when responding to queries
- Working to deadlines and responding to queries in good time
- Producing monthly report
- Updating the tracker and ensuring that KPIs are reached
- Being the face of the business and first point of contact
- Providing administrative support to the marketing team
