Location: London Bridge, City of London

Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent role

This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing customers with 5* customer service and is a strong administrator. This role works closely with the marketing team and social media team and is responsible for dealing with all customer queries, both over the phone and email.

Job Description:

  • Dealing with customer queries over the telephone, social media and via email
  • Using the correct tone of voice when responding to queries
  • Working to deadlines and responding to queries in good time
  • Producing monthly report
  • Updating the tracker and ensuring that KPIs are reached
  • Being the face of the business and first point of contact
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing team
