We are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join the growing team at our client, a leading payment provider based in Newcastle. The successful candidates will provide administration support for the Customer Information Management team and provide customer service for all of their clients.
Customer service skills are essential and successful candidates must be comfortable handling challenging calls with customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the swift and accurate transfer of customer data to ensure an efficient customer experience
- Updating customer details on payment machines and systems
- Processing contracts
- Dealing with installation agreements
- Gathering information requested by internal departments
- Answering queries
This role is working within a very fast-paced environment and requires candidates with both customer service and administration exposure.
You will be required to work 35 hours a week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
