Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Manager with experience of working in a charity to support the fundraising team in dealing with all communications with the supporters of the charity.

The successful candidate will manage a team of four administrators so to be considered for this role, you'll require management experience.

The overall focus of this role is to ensure that donor/supporters are satisfied with the communication and service that is given from the charity. Your team will use text, phone, email, and social media to stay in touch with current and potential donors/supporters in order to assist the fundraising team to generate the highest amount funds in order to fight their cause.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar customer-facing role, ideally within charity and managing a team.
