We are recruiting for a polished, articulate, and very well-presented Corporate Receptionist to join a dynamic hedge fund in the city. You must be highly organised and have at least 2 years' previous experience in a reception or administrative role within the professional services or financial services industry.
- Meeting and greeting visitors in reception
- Responsible for managing all meeting rooms
- Making sure that the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
- Providing ad hoc administrative support
- Answering a busy switchboard
- Taking accurate messages and passing them on to employees in a timely manner
- Providing five star customer service at all times
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong IT skills, confident with all MS packages.
