£28,000 - £32,000
Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for a polished, articulate, and very well-presented Corporate Receptionist to join a dynamic hedge fund in the city. You must be highly organised and have at least 2 years' previous experience in a reception or administrative role within the professional services or financial services industry.

Job Details:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors in reception
  • Responsible for managing all meeting rooms
  • Making sure that the reception area and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support
  • Answering a busy switchboard
  • Taking accurate messages and passing them on to employees in a timely manner
  • Providing five star customer service at all times
