Job Description

Looking for a smart, presentable, and switched on Corporate Receptionist to work for a property development company with offices located around the City. Being the face of the company, you need to ensure the highest presentation and service at all times. You must be confident dealing with both clients and all levels of staff hierarchy.

Key aspects of your role include:

  • Traditional reception duties including greeting visitors, answering phones, and setting up meeting rooms and video conferences.
  • Providing refreshments for meetings and arranging lunches or catering as required.
  • Supporting the Office Manager with identifying and addressing office facility issues.
  • Ordering office stationary supplies.
  • Overseeing staff and kitchen areas. Handling the associated ordering of stock and supplies as well as the maintenance of appliances, crockery, etc.
  • Looking after all incoming/outgoing post and assisting with courier collections and deliveries.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks including printing, filing and data entry.
  • Supporting the broader Admin team with ad hoc duties.
