Night Time Contact Centre Team Leader
20.30pm - 4.30pm
£20.00ph to £25.00ph
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Contact Centre Manager/Team leader to supervise 8 members of staff for our client, who specialises in Translation and Interpreting Services. In addition to supervising 8 members of staff, you will also be taking down details of clients calling in that require an interpreter/translator and pass the details on to the relevant team.
You must be hands-on, operationally focused, and have a really flexible approach. You MUST have had previous contact/call centre experience at manager or supervisory level.
The role is paying £20.00 - £25.00 per hour and requires someone immediately available as this is an ongoing temporary role. In return, you will have the opportunity to work for an organisation that are leaders in their field and also be a part of an absolutely fantastic team.
