Client Services Coordinator & Premier Sales Team
Temporary to Permanent opportunity
Immediate start
£12 - 14 per hour whilst in a temporary capacity moving to £26k plus commission on permanent job offer
Remote and office based work involved

We are in a fabulous position to be working with a long standing client who has a fantastic opportunity for an immediately available candidate to join their Client Services Team. Our client is a global interpretation and translation services company with central London offices.

The role is to be recruited on a temporary to permanent basis with an immediate start date. You will join the Client Services Team initially, which will provide a great foundation for your progression into the Premier Sales Team.

As the Client Services Coordinator, you will manage client relationships with the aim of ensuring the best possible customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers and play a key role in continually enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of both the Client Services and Field Sales teams.

Within 4 - 6 weeks, you will make the transition to the Premier Sales Team where you will operate day-to-day within a planned and strategic methodology to maximise growth from an existing account portfolio and generate new business from leads and self-developed opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual revenue commitment within the language support fiel.

The role incorporates elements of lead generation, new business generation and the expansion, maximisation and retention of business from existing accounts through targeted and planned account management activity.

Key elements for success within this role include but not limited to:

  • Account managing multiple client organisations
  • Expanding newly acquired accounts over a contract duration
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts across a variety of sectors including evidence of face-to-face interaction with key client contacts
  • Self-generating net new revenue growth over the past three years
  • Excellent administrational adherence
