We are recruiting for a highly experienced and organised Executive Assistant to to join an exciting start-up company based in the West End. This is an amazing and unique EA opportunity to support a successful entrepreneur and his wife in their start-up skin care product and lifestyle business. You will provide PA, admin, social media, and logistical support and will become their true 'go to person'. It is important that you have extensive experience with social media as there will be a greater need for an excellent social media presence (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, company website, and various other related sites.)

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Diary and travel management
  • Coordinating logistics around launch of the website and the Slow Ageing product line
  • Setting up and managing contracts with suppliers
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of meetings/seminars/conferences
  • Creating marketing campaigns on various social media sites to promote the business and website
  • Reaching out to potential useful contacts via social media
  • Liaising with the PR and Marketing company in relation to press releases
  • Working closely with the company accountant
  • Uploading and managing content for the website
  • Some Private PA duties assisting in their personal investments
  • Being the first point of contact for all queries and acting as a gate keeper
  • Research projects, event management, and recruitment if need be
  • Preparing monthly company expense submission
  • General 'office management duties'
  • Other tasks as directed: admin duties, filing, & photocopying

Personal Specification:

  • Be a self-starter with great communication skills, both oral and written
  • Have strong IT skills
  • Previous proven experience in marketing or managing social media for the business
  • A min of 5 years' previous experience working as a Business PA
  • Trustworthy, polite, reliable, and genuine
  • Act with complete discretion at all times
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Problem solver
  • Standard office hours are 08.30am to 5.30pm, however some flexibility will be required
