Our client is a small investment firm that has recently been given huge funding to expand both here in the UK and on an international basis.
This is a varied administrative role that will involve the following tasks:
- General office management, including daily post distribution, stocking of office supplies, e.g. water, stationery, refreshments, etc., scan and save incoming post, which needs to be retained (one purchase per month)
- Managing the payment of all invoices, either via payment orders (to be signed and sent to the bank for processing) or via online banking.
- Organisation of travel arrangements and booking hotels for clients and the MD.
- Reconcile bank balances (GBP & USD) on a daily basis.
This will require a strong and polished communicator who is comfortable liaising with HNWIs and who is looking for a long-term opportunity.
You must be prepared to have a flexible approach but will be rewarded by a positive and supportive CEO who loves to develop those around him. With A level minimum education and at least 3 years' working experience, this role is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and commercially-aware Administrator / Personal Assistant.
