City based (Farringdon/ Chancery Lane) Office based
Our client is a small but extremely busy law firm based in the trendy Hatton Garden area.
They are looking for an administrator/ receptionist who wants to build a career in office support and is willing to get involved in all aspects of a busy company. Duties include:
Meeting and Greeting clients
1st point of contact for phone calls
Dealing with the post and distributing
Delivering documents to the Courts (once a week on average)- clerk duties
Looking after the meeting rooms
Updating the database
Producing high quality correspondence
Using MS office
Getting office supplies
This is a varied position where you can gain exposure to all aspects of the business. It is a friendly team with a low staff turnover. They have an open-door policy where everyone helps out at busy times. Long term opportunity to develop to Legal admin or Legal secretary.
