We are looking for an organised and efficient Administrator to provide support in the Merchant Ledger department for our client, a global distribution brand. This role is fully office based, so the successful candidate needs to be within commuting distance of Tolworth.
- Processing electronic invoices for the Merchant Ledger team
- General Administration duties
- Updating internal databases
- Dealing with ad-hoc requests and duties
- Numerical skills
- Highly organised and detail orientated
- Excellent administrative skills and IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Good level of written and spoken English
