Our client, a Top 50 accountancy firm based in fantastic offices in the heart of London's West End, is currently looking for an Admin Assistant. You will need to be good with numbers and Excel.
- General administration duties (e.g. daily filling and scanning records).
- Assisting with the maintenance and review of accounting records raising issues to relevant managers.
- Emailing clients to request records regularly and chasing for the information.
- Liaising directly with clients and suppliers in a timely and professional manner online, over the phone or email.
- Basic bookkeeping services for some clients, including raising sales invoices, preparing and emailing age debtors / age creditors to clients.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Highly numerate with an aptitude for numbers.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook skills are essential.
- Strong desire to increase and expand experience.
