My client is a large global analytical organisation, who are looking for a Financial Reporter to join their team.
This role involves a diverse range of financial reporting tasks. My client is moving to a new Oracle-based system and requires interim assistance.
Responsibilities include:
- Data reconciliation between the current accounting system and the new accounting system
- Data migration mapping
- Data testing
- Ad-hoc investigations and analysis
- Ad-hoc accounting tasks for the accounting team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Part qualified/ studying towards ACCA/ACA/CIMA or qualified.
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Very comfortable with using Excel (pivots, lookups).
- Experience with a new system implementation is an advantage but not essential.
- Approachable and able to work alongside other members of the team.
