The Role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to manage client and subcontractor relationships & service delivery on applications relating to government clients . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of change management, requirements gatherings and roadmap planning.

  • Manage client relationship with realistic expectations ensuring all parties client, subcontractors and the clients SMEs are achieving maximum value for all parties throughout the product/service life cycle.
  • Work with internal stakeholders from account management incident management, vendor management, procurement and within Technology to achieve commitment.
  • Manage roadmap of changes on the solutions based on achievable client requests, document and make visible in timely reporting.
  • Take ownership and lead key projects to ensure delivery of solution
  • Facilitate workshops between vendors and client to make sure the requirements are understood and correctly specified.
  • Own the change request process, effort estimations, purchase orders, invoices, etc
  • Ensure vendors deliver to agreed SLAs
  • Organize testing and follow up test results with clients and suppliers to comply with the agreed client release process
  • Lead calls with clients and vendors to ensure proper delivery and planning
  • Participate in weekly, monthly & quarterly client review calls to provide technology perspective
