Can’t recommend Susan and Love PAs highly enough...

I had been trying to find a PA for 6 months with no success at all. Having worked with specialist recruiters for our sector (property/real estate) it had become apparent that, due to a lack of these roles across the industry, sector specialists simply did not have experience or the pool of candidates to find what was needed. What was more, with my involvement in 4 different companies, this needed to be a role that could adapt easily and was highly experienced and capable.

We then made the decision of contacting agencies specialising in PA/EAs. We lined up 4 to come and pitch to us. However, when meeting Susan of Love PAs/Love Success what became immediately apparent was that she knew her job inside out, knew the sector, knew her candidates and, most important of all, understood what I needed from the role - something (having never had a PA before) I wasn’t entirely sure of.

Having instructed Susan, I immediately got sent 5 high calibre applicants, shortlisting three for interview. We interviewed Craig on the Friday, has a 2^nd interview Monday morning and by the afternoon he had accepted the offer to start with us in 2 weeks’ time.

Efficient, effective and friendly, Susan has been excellent and I am really excited to have Craig join our growing company at the end of the month. Can’t recommend Susan and Love PAs highly enough.
