A personable approach...

It is so difficult to differentiate between recruitment agencies providing support staff and a lot of them tend to claim the same thing, however, because Rebecca is so personable I felt it was worth giving her a go. I'm very glad I did as even though she was up against 3 other agencies she found us a fantastic candidate and really proved herself. She got to know Actis and the kind of people we're looking for, was efficient, responsive and fair throughout the process, and I could tell she was fully invested and passionate about making the right placement.
